I practiced Tonfa today.

Prearranged Kumite No.10

This morning I practiced the prearranged Kumite No.10 in which several  techniques of "Gyakute" are included.

Kinjo sensei demonstrates a technique of "Gyakute".

Gekisai Ichi

This morning I practiced karate on my own in the park as usual. Cherry blossoms are blooming. On the other hand corona virus is spreading in our country too.

Prearranged Kumite No.3

Today I practiced the prearranged Kumite No.3 in the park.

Kururunfa

I stopped riding the train or bus these days just because of the corona virus outbreak. I went to the park by bicycle on last Tuesday, 24th March 2020. There were few people there. I practiced Kata "Kururunfa".

Shisochin

Yesterday I practiced Kata "Shisochin".  I cancelled my participation in Tai Chi assembly which is to be held next month.

Saifa

The day before yesterday I practiced Kata "Saifa".

Sepai

Today I practiced the karate form named Sepai.
