Akemashite Omedeto Gozaimasu 2015!

On the first day of January, I performed Sai to celebrate the New Year 2015. “Akemashite Omedeto Gozaimasu.” I wish you a happy new year 2015! 

Nearly one month after I left the hospital

I performed Sai, nearly one month after I left the hospital. My right hand and leg were paralyzed just a little bit as a result of the aftereffects of stroke or cerebral infarction, but I could perform it without difficulty
.

As "Hatsugeiko" (The first practice or training of the new year) I practiced Sai in the park this morning. Sai is the symbol of Okinawan martial arts.
