I practiced Kata Suparinpe this morning.

Happy New Year and Selamat Tahun Baru 2016

On 1st January 2016, I performed Suparinpe for celebration of the new year.

Suparinpe after stroke

The symptoms of my brain attack were very mild. So no one knows I have cerebral infarction if I don’t tell of it. Maybe Buddhas helped me. To express my gratitude to Buddhas, I performed Suparinpe in front of the temple where Thirteen Stone Buddah Statues were on display.

Suparinpe in the New World Market

When I was performing the Kata “Suparinpe” in the New World Market, 
Osaka at night, a Caucasian skinhead woman was approaching me. She 
said “Kakkoii (= Cool in Japanese).” when she passed by me.

Tonfa

"Tonfa" performed by Sanzinsoo yang berusia lima puluh sembilan tahun on 18th August 2013.

"Suparinpe" performed by Sanzinsoo yang berusia lima puluh sembilan tahun on 18th August 2013.

Our suparinpe ends in Neko-Ashi-Dachi stance.
