We are in the season of Sakura, cherry blossoms, now.

"Tonfa" performed by Sanzinsoo yang berusia lima puluh sembilan tahun on 18th August 2013.

"Suparinpe" performed by Sanzinsoo yang berusia lima puluh sembilan tahun on 18th August 2013.

Our suparinpe ends in Neko-Ashi-Dachi stance.

This morning, as usual, I practiced karate in the park. I also practiced Tonfa, one of ancient karate weapons of Okinawa. My teacher taught me this Kata of Tonfa. Here’s my video clip. I myself performed Kata of Tonfa. I hope you enjoy it.
