Shisochin

Yesterday I practiced Kata "Shisochin".  I cancelled my participation in Tai Chi assembly which is to be held next month.

I joined Tai Chi club. Most of them are more than 70 years old. They practice Tai Chi in the park. This morning I practiced the simplified Tai Chi together with them. After the session I practiced Shisochin and Saifa on my own.

I was practicing karate Kata before work for about 
10 minutes or 20 minutes almost every morning in the 

shrine. It lasted about one and half year. However, last 
month when I was practicing karate Kata, Suparinpe, as 
usual, the old female priest of the shrine said to me "Don't practice in the shrine! This is not a public park." 
Since then I have been practicing karate in a park or a vacant lot.

I practice Kata "Shisochin" in the public park.
